Even though Leslie was frustrated, she told herself not to think much about the romance problems between the male lead and the female lead.

Xander seemed to change for the better. Now, it was up to Violet whether to accept him back or not.

If Leslie could play the devil on Violet's left shoulder, she would surely encourage the female lead not to forgive Xander easily.

The male lead should embark on a long groveling path before he was forgiven.

Shaking her head, Leslie returned her focus to Calix. She hadn't done yet with the files sent by Xander. Her husband opened another file, showing a list of names, including data and graphs she didn't understand.

"What is this?" Leslie leaned closer toward the laptop, her brows furrowing.

"You asked how the reward won't sustain their start-up, right?" Calix glanced at Leslie, a smile hanging on his lips, "He extorted money from smaller establishments."
