Capítulo 419: Who's There?

Together, Angelo and Hera walked around the palace, both painfully aware of the fears in the air, and yet none of them wanted to speak it out loud. They were worried that if they spoke, they would jinx it, and their horrors would come to life.

It was a sad way to live their life, but then they couldn't be blamed.

Still in their early twenties, the king and his queen had been forced by fate to abandon the lives they had lived through, their connectops and everything else, just to come to be the Alexei alphas. 

It wasn't something they had been proud of or even ready for at first, considering the rebellion they had both shown, but they had grown to love this place. They had become too attached to it that it was weird thinking of them without thinking of Alexei. 

That was how much they had invested their time and energy in this place.
