Capítulo 99: Felt Proud

Selena's POV

"Are you okay, Miss?" One of the customers at table three asked when I suddenly froze after I realized Skyler and Kevin were sitting at the next table.

"Yes, Sir," I softly responded as I put the seafood platter on the table.

"You looked pale, my dear," his companion said, and I could tell she was his wife.

"I am fine, Ma'am; thank you so much for your concern," I replied as I smiled at them and tried my best to move after I was finished serving their orders quickly; I went to the following table on the other side and ignored Skyler and Kevin.

I could feel Sky and his best friend looking at me, but I was not ready to speak with Skyler. I took the order, and I hate that I almost missed some of the orders, and I am just glad the customers were busy talking and didn't mind I got three orders wrong.
