Capítulo 2: Now you see me
I was in the alley way I have been staying for awhile. I was just sitting thinking about how to get my next meal when all of a sudden I heard screaming from around the block.
I was confused. It didn't sound like the excited screams I thought I would be hearing considering It's the Stark expo.
I see a robot fly over my alleyway and I realize they are screaming because of an attack. I immediately went to help.
You see, I have powers that are telekinesis, healing, energy manipulation, and teleportation. So I ran to where the screams were coming from and I saw so many robots attacking everyone. I jumped start into helping using my powers to rip apart the robots, teleporting people to safety and healing the injured.
As I finished off the robots that were near me I looked over to see a kid right around my age pointing a prop blaster at a robot.
As I was about to destroy the robot I saw Ironman blast it instead. He said something to the kid then he left.
I ran over to the kid," Hey, are you okay?" I asked.
He responded," Ya, I am fine I just need to find my parents." He said, looking around.
" Okay what about I get you to safety and I will go look for your parents after. Okay?"
He nodded so I grabbed his hand and teleported him to the place I have been teleporting everyone else.
" Here we are staying here and I will bring your parents here once I find them, okay?"
He nodded," Are you a superhero?" He asked excitedly.
I just nodded then waved and teleported back to help finish helping out. I noticed that all the robots were gone so I went on the hunt for those little boys' parents.
Well…..I found them…Just..dead. I was sad but I couldn't do anything.
So I went back to my alleyway. Later on after I fell asleep I heard someone come into my alleyway.
" Hey, kid, are you okay?" I heard a man ask me.
I sat up and nodded with a sleepy thumbs up.
He looked at me sympathetically and asked me," Where are your parents' kids?"
I told him," I don't have any, I am an orphan."
He looked at me sadly before asking," Well, where do you live?"
I told him," Here."
I noticed then that he had a cut on his face so I used my powers to heal it. He looked confused and asked me," Did you just do that?"
I nodded and told him," Well you have been so kind and it's really nothing."
He then asked me," well, how would you like to come with me?"
I shrugged and took his hand he was offering me. Later we arrived at the base. It's all a blur from there. I do know that he introduced me to Nick Fury and he decided that I immediately needed to start training.
So for the next year of my life I was trained like an adult, treated like an adult, and ignored like I was a useless child.
I had to mature fast to survive. I was put to use after only a month of training. Those missions were NOT children missions, they were hard, extremely dangerous, and my "teammates" at the time were no help.
I was 8 at the time when all of this started. I haven't seen Phil( the guy that met me in the ally) or Nick Fury since I got recruited so you can guess how surprised I was when I suddenly got called into Nick Fury's office….
