Talana eyed the two of them uneasily. "What will it take for you not to talk?"
Her son turned to meet his wife's eyes and the two of them seemed to have some sort of telepathic conversation for a minute. When it ended she was the one to speak up.
"We have no reason not to. We won't be bribed if you're thinking you can buy us off. You deserve to suffer for what you did and there's no better way to do that than to ruin your reputation. I'm afraid everything you've said so far isn't a terribly convincing argument on your behalf."
Talana was flabbergasted. She deserved to suffer? She had already suffered for nearly thirty years since this whole mess happened! These brats had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.
