Capítulo 126: Two years
Max was traveling around his empire. He continued to have fun with different women. His contentions was clear. He did everything with mutual agreement. In his traveling he looked around what was going on in different places and made notes to himself to give orders to make the needed changes in this particular location. If he could fix things easily alone he would do it. It could be to build a small bridge or take care of a group of bandits. If it was something substantial that needed time to make he will just order his subordinates and will tell them to move their asses. In one of the times Max came back he chose a minister of infrastructure and a minister of agriculture. Both men were at their forties and had a lot of experience in their fields. The reason why they were selected to become ministers was their ability to finish the right related courses of the system that thousands of the people that applied to this role failed. The new minister of agriculture was a declined noble family head named Arthur that lived out of what he could raise in his farm. As for the minister of infrastructure. It was an apprentice earth mage that was a commoner named Zac. He was one of the many lucky commoners that were selected to get boosted to a level of apprentice mage. He took part in the war with the Valeria and Eldoria kingdoms. He did a lot for the country. Zac did not know it himself, but he had a talent for understanding mathematics and physics quickly. It helped him to study all he needed about building. If it was a house or a bridge. The fact that he was an earth apprentice mage gave him a huge bonus because he could check if the others did a good job or not.
Both of those people got manpower to handle their tasks. Arthur took commoners with no talent for knight or magic training. If the person was an apprentice knight it was a plus. Now a lot of the citizens of the geographical location of the Yin Yang country that had some talent for knight training broke through to the first of second level of knight apprentice. It gave them advantages in terms of their ability to earn more then others for the same labor. They could just do more in a shorter time. There was a big need for people and because of that everyone that wanted had a job to do. Valeria was doing the same thing in her country but it was harder because of her men power was just weaker compared to the Yin Yang country. Valeria implemented the same policy as Max. She gave the people free cultivation materials for them to be able to get to the third level of the apprentice knight level. The citizens generally loved the new country ruler that was named by the name of the country to lead the next generation by the previous royal family and after her progressive ideas became were known to the people it caused a huge uproar. The citizens were all for her. There were a few people from the previous royal family that were in hiding, but they were found out and killed quickly.
Valeria delegated the same positions Max did to people in her country and those people who passed the studies in the simulation and were approved communicated with each other to complete the tasks that were delegated by Max. Alisher, Peter, Zac and Arthur communicated with the representatives of Valeria country and instructed them on what were the instructions and that's how both countries communicated between each other and progressed steadily. The communication was mage by flying birds because for now it was the fastest and the most reliable way. After some time there were a head alchemist and head blacksmith and other executives that were put on their posts by Max to make the products needed for the empire. Valeria sent people to learn from the gaming club the needed skills and progressed her country level as well.
Valeria did the same things Max did in term of noble and commoner relationships. All the noble families were dissolved and everyone got to any post by their abilities. There was some bloodshed as well like it happened in the Yin Yang country. At the end both countries were slowly merging into one empire that was progressing steadily in the right direction.
After a year there was a surge of babies born that all came from Max. The first one was from Valeria. The boy had red colored hair and a green eyes. Valeria could tell that the kid was special and called him Redon. She went to the capital to check the kid and see if he is alright and what are his talents for the future and was very surprised. When the kid was checked by the system the kid had insane talent. It was a little monster.
"Name: Redon. Warrior level: none. Mage level: none. Warrior aptitude: high.
Magic aptitude: very high. Fire aptitude: complete. Water aptitude: none. Wind aptitude: none.
Earth aptitude: none. Lightning aptitude: none."
When Valeria saw this she was elated. This kid will be the future of her country and even the future leader of the empire. This kid was even more talented then her and by a lot. She had never seen this level of talent. She was sure that a level of high mage was something this kid will achieve. It was only a question of time. She saw the aftermath of what happened after Max's supernova and she did want her kid to have such power to protect her and Max's lands for centuries to come. High mages lived for a very long time and such protector will give the empire a lot of time to live on and a chance to grow more high mages to continue the legacy of their ancestors.
Soon, a lot of women started to say that their kids were the heirs to the king of the empire. Max made an easy way to determine if those kid were his or not. He thought a few mages the skills of blood resonance and left some of his blood to make sure that his kids could be recognized. Max told the nation that women that would lie will be punished by a high funds and because of that the huge amount of women that were coming every day to try their luck scattered and the real ones got recognized. The women kids that got the recognition gave those women special privileges. Max did not want to be unfair. He gave those women a good place to stay in and they did receive a good treatment. The amount of kids Max made during this time was insane. In the two years he traveled there were around 200 kids born from Max and what was even more surprising was the fact that all of his kids had magic talent. The lowest one was of a medium level talent to magic and medium talent to some of the elements. Because of Max's insane magic abilities his kids inherited very high level of talent to the different elements. There was a new generation of little monsters growing day by day.
