Delilah clenched her fingers around the fork she was holding as Zephyr proceeded to sit back in his seat before smiling forcefully.

"Elder Prince,"

"Yes, Miss Delilah?" Zephyr looked at her, his entire attention to his future wife.

"Has anyone ever told you what a cunning fox you are?" Delilah asked.

Everything went silent for a second.

No one dared to breathe as they gaped at the girl openly.

Even though their boss was being ignorant and resilient when it came to her, wasn't she pushing her luck a bit too much?

"No. You would be the first one. Do you think I am a cunning fox?" Zephyr asked, his eyes still neutral, but anyone could sense the little amusement in his words.

"Yes. A very very cunning fox," Delilah stuffed her mouth.

"Well, in that case, do you like foxes? Just for research purposes," Zephyr smirked and Delilah glared at the food before sighing dejectedly
