Katherine gasped.

Michael was surely powerful for a beta. She tried to break free from his hold as she tried to hit him back, but the strength in her body wasn't enough, not when she was mentally exhausted too.

"Wh-what do you want, Beta Michael?" Katherine stuttered as she gasped for air, her windpipe almost feeling like it would explode from the pressure he was exerting.

"What do I want? Have you forgotten your place, Delilah Rosewood? I always thought you were just dumb and a fool, but you surely know how to play your cards. How dare you humiliate me and the pack by denying our demand for you to come back?
