"Is there something on my mask?" Maximus asked Delilah when he saw her looking at him continuously, and the girl shook her head before bringing out what looked like a form from her bag.

Maximus quirked his brows and took the form, reading the contents.

Katherine stole some glances at him in the meantime as the thought of him and the Elder prince being the same man appeared in her mind once again.

"Do you want me to act like your guardian and sign here?" Maximus mused, and Katherine looked at him with her lips pressed into a thin line.

She didn't even see if there was a place for the guardian's sign.

"I just want to ask if it would be okay if I go," She said in her low voice as they stood in front of the royal Kingdom, waiting for Prince Elwin and Tianna to show up.

"Hmmm, so you have already made me your guardian in your head," Maximus felt like teasing her, especially after what she said before running the previous day.
