Zephyr leaned back in his seat, thinking about all the things that led while he gave special instructions to his team to go to the magical forest and see if the witch Amanda was present there.

She was the only witch that he was actively in contact with and someone who had connections with the mainland witches. He wanted to know what was wrong with the witches and if they were courting their death by targeting his woman again and again, or if something was going on that he had no idea about.

Thinking about all the things, Zephyr looked at his watch.

It had already been an hour since she was brought to this guest room and he had been waiting for her to wake up.

'Shall we wake her up?' Orion asked and Zephyr took off his mask, feeling a bit unsure.

He was worried about her and wanted to ask her what exactly happened, but he wanted to let her sleep and relax at the same time.
