Wendy felt a whirl of complicated emotions. It had been five years. In the past five years, she had been thinking about how she could come back here and get revenge on Michael. But when she saw him in the flesh, all she wanted to do was run away.

The incident from five years ago had caused her too much trauma. She frequently had nightmares. Because of how much she had suffered, she just wanted Michael to feel the same.

After spotting her, Michael took big steps in their direction. When Jill Lynn saw Michael approaching, she immediately stepped forward and greeted him with a smile, "Hi, Mr. Lucas, we meet again."

Michael tilted his body, wanting to avoid Jill. However, his vision of Wendy was completely blocked. At the same time, Wendy took the chance to run away and blend into the crowd.
