"Where are you from?"

"I was born here in Korea but I grew up in New York."

"Oh that's great! I grew up in California."

Damien raised his head up so fast it hurts. He thought that the guy was just wearing contact lenses like everyone else was doing; he thought that Jae-In was only keeping up with the trends especially when he was so young. His eyes looked most definitely unreal that he really gave a conclusion as they were fake. He had a face that of a Korean but his eyes were telling a different story. He was baffled and a pang of jealousy hit his chest. They were alike but were still different.
