Martha finally opened her eyes, groaning in the process.

"Where in the thousand deaths did she go?"

Shivani sneaked out into the lightless hallway out of the room she was trapped in. Nothing was visible to identify the exact area but the moonlight was illuminating the part of the wall at a distance. The mild cold breeze signified that this place wasn't in isolation and definitely unconfined.

Lucky for her, somehow Martha had lost her powers and ability to see in the dark for a while due to that blow but it won't be long before her extraordinary loyal pawns will find her and throw her back to their Queen.
