Aizawa's POV
It's been three weeks. Nezu told me that the girls had been held up and that they were fine but that didn't stop the worry clawing away at the inside of my stomach. The girls had left about a dozen more notebooks on our kitchen table before they left and the class and I had been pouring over them. Studying every ounce of information that we could so we could be ready when the time comes.
We were on a patrol. The class was acting like it's own hero agency today, pairing up and patrolling the town when I got a call to go to the park. My stomach dropped, the last three weeks someone has been hanging villains upside down dead with a note of some kind. Nothing much, just a letter and I'm afraid to find out what letter it was this time. Please let the girls be safe.
I had Shoji with me today and we made our way to the park only to find my other students already there. Several gagging, I had managed to prevent them from seeing the scene these past few weeks, I guess that ends now.
I walk over to the body and pick up the note, surprised to see an actual letter this time instead of a literal letter.
Heroes,
We are the Drug Lovers and we took out the trash for you. All these men and women worked for the League under the guise of being Stain followers but we know different. You will find that regardless of who is around us we will be the true heroes of the streets. If we find a dirty hero they will meet the same fate as these villains.
You have our faith that you can be true heroes still. ~Drug Lovers~
I gulped, I know that code name. Wasn't Two laughing that the League called them the Drug Lovers only a few weeks ago? The authorities arrived and took the body away and my class and I returned our shift now over.
I walked into the class A dorm in a daze only to see my students watching me. How do I tell them? How do I tell them that I know who the killer is? Or the fact that each of these kills were sanctioned by the Hero Association as a part of their undercover mission?
"I..." I couldn't, I just went silent not knowing how to tell them.
"Aizawa sensei, we already know who did it." My head snapped up and I looked at Kirishima as if he grew a second head. But he didn't say anything anymore.
"Yeah we know, and we understand," Kaminari sighed plopping down on the couch.
"I'll never be able to forget their handwriting. It was clever of them taking turns with each letter but I know." Iida murmured to himself.
I looked around and saw my students nodding in agreement. I barely noticed the tears trailing down my own face. "None of you should ever have to do something like this," I croaked, finally collapsing in a chair. We stayed like that for hours before Momo got up to make dinner and I just shook my head pulling out my phone and ordering a dozen pizzas. I think tonight we all needed some comfort food...

It was late when I got home and heard movement in the kitchen. Hizashi was still at the office finishing up his paperwork for the night so I know it's not him. I press myself against a wall and peek around the corner only to find One and Two holding hands across my table crying.
They're back! I couldn't help the sigh of relief that escaped me as I stepped out of the shadows. But they didn't notice me. I could see newly added clean dishes on the rack so they must have eaten.
I watched as they clutched at each other silent sobs wracking their far to skinny frames. "Do you need to talk about it? We can go to the school," I asked quietly only to see them both jump up ready to fight before they realized it was me. I watched them wipe away their tears, nodding still mute before going to their room to change.
The girls and I walked to the school and once the seal was in place they truly let their tears fall as they held onto each other bawling. They killed, they mutilated so many people the past few weeks and they didn't seem to know how to accept that fact.
"Girls," I pulled them into my arms and they sobbed into my chest. All the training in the world couldn't prepare anyone for this. The cost of taking another life. Usually the Hero Association waits until after a Hero kills someone by accident before putting them undercover for these kinds of jobs. I let out a sigh and held them close to me.
"When this mission is over you can still call me Uncle Shota or even Dadizawa. Don't forget that you are loved, do you understand?" This only made them cry harder, clutching me as if I were their only lifeline. I meant every syllable of what I said too.
"There are more than just the ones you found. The League did a cleanse and they had us do it. They were all approved but still. No one will find their bodies. No one." Brenda whispered.
"So many bodies," Molly cried, burying her face into my chest again.
"Hush, I know. Soon you can come out of the darkness. Soon you'll be free of the mission, do you understand?" I tell them, trying to calm them as I do. They fell asleep sobbing in my arms and I tucked them into my sleeping bag before pulling out a spare from the closet. It's a good thing I thought to get a second one. I sent a text to Hizashi removing the seal on the room so that he would get it. When I got a response from him I reset the seal and laid down in my own sleeping bag and went to sleep.

I wake up to someone knocking loudly on the door and realise that I'm still at school and now the sun is up. I open the door and Hizashi and All Might are standing there hopeful. I let them in pushing the button again once I do. They run over and see the girls themselves and I can't see anything but relief flowing off of them.
The girls were a wreck, spending all night crying like that, their makeup was a mess and they were holding onto each other as if they were actually connected. But it did my heart good to see them actually still there and alive.
I leave them motioning for them to stay quiet while I leave to get cleaned up for the day. When I come back I see both girls clinging onto All Might fresh tears running down their faces. I seal the room again.
"Okay it's safe, are you ready to give us an update?" I asked, trying not to stress them out anymore than I already have too.
"We had to dispose of a couple dozen members and most were already on the order from the association. Anyone who knew or could have known about our torture technique is now gone. That only leaves Lucy." One sighed reporting dutifully.
Two nods, "We can't get close enough to her without risking our cover. Because we took out Chupika she is literally holding everything below Toga and the other original members together. We did find help though. They don't care for torture or killing but they think that we are actual heroes but not in the bad way."
"It's almost like they see us like we see All Might. In a way it's amazing but in another we can't help but wonder if they could turn into another Stain." One added on. I took a deep breath before adding, "But they don't want to hurt heroes, only the villains who hurt people. We had to use them in order to get through so many villains though."
"They are young, maybe even still middle school age, we might be able to turn them to the right way of thinking." Two added almost hopefully. "But... They did help us torture and kill several people."
I nodded at the information they gave me and saw One pick up another backpack that I hadn't even noticed yet. "I filled these out and unless 'god' says otherwise we are in the clear to raid the base once we get rid of Lucy." Two gulped.
I looked at them curious before One explained, "Lucy's quirk stopped her from aging once she turned 4. We have to kill a woman who looks like a child." I gaped at them for the first time seeing why they were such a mess. It wasn't about what they had already done, it was about what they were about to do.
I hear more knocking on the door and the girls clean their faces and put on new makeup faster than any boy had a right to know how. I don't think even the girls in my class could have done that. I unseal the room and my students flood in the looks of worry disappearing when they see the girls standing by my desk.
"You're back!" Several of them chimed running towards them. I can't believe how much these two mean to my class. This is just somehow wrong.
I hit the button sealing the room again after Nezu arrives and I see not only the girls flinch but also the rest of my class. They know who it was that gave the orders and the fact that he was here did not bode well.
"I see you have already guessed why I'm here," Nezu sighed and everyone nodded. "One Two, we have to do the raid this friday." He looked up to see their stunned faces.
"But Lucy?" Brenda gasped out, it looked like she couldn't breathe at all and Molly was the exact opposite. She was hyperventilating.
"Midoriya, Bakugo; breathe I'm here." I whisper and Bakugo collapses into my arms while Midoriya does the same to All Might. "With me now, breathe." I tell him and All Might repeats the action.
When they were breathing again their tears started flowing again. "I know, my poor students. When I find out who is giving these orders I will personally make them pay.' The aura around Nezu was absolutely demonic.
The class seemed confused and I glared at the principal until he finally gave in. He told the class about the last target, they all froze hearing what he said as they looked at Midoriya/Molly/One and Bakugo/Brenda/Two.
They fixed their makeup with shaking hands and Nezu grabbed each boy and told them they were almost done.
"Even if we don't catch her I swear to you here and now you will not be sent out again. This is too much even for a full grown and vetted hero. They should never have even considered you two." Nezu spoke calmly but he was radiating rage. I watched as they nodded and this time when they left the classroom they couldn't do more than fake a smile.
I looked at Nezu after they left and sealed the room again. "This stops here and now, where is she? Where is that villain who doesn't even deserve to see yesterday let alone today or tomorrow?" I was seething and I didn't care that my students could see it.
"Come Saturday, she will be at the hideout for a debriefing and new mission. She will be there one way or another. This I swear," Nezu hissed in response and I looked up to see all my students go to the left behind the bag and take out notebooks and hand them out before returning to their seats to study.
"Consider class canceled for the rest of the week," I looked at my students. "We have a mission to prepare for." Nezu nodded at my words and left the room. I sealed it behind him and All Might, Present Mic and I joined them. This was going to be a long two days.
