Capítulo 1: Chapter 1
It was a cold winter night on Christmas eve. I would never forget that day in a million years; the first time I met him. I regret treating him that way. His charm was hidden then. Who knew I would eventually fall for him. What's the use? He's not even here anymore.

I walked towards him and he walked towards me. We didn't notice because we were just gonna pass by each other.
"STOP!"
And there and then, we landed under the mistletoe. A hand pointed to our direction and shouted;
"Their under the mistletoe" and the crowd chorused;
"KISS...KISS...KISS"
Damn!I wanted my first kiss to be magical .I didn't see his face yet but I hoped he was a prince charming;but I was so unlucky. I was faced with a situation of "expectations vs reality", and damn was he ugly or what!He wore large square glasses and his lips were as dry as a desert,his hair looked so unkept and what disgusted me the most was that he licked his lips and said; " Let's give them what they want,you know it's bad luck if we don't ". I couldn't process anything and so I leaned in and when our lips were almost touching,I pushed him.
" I've experienced bad luck a lot and I'm sure it won't hurt to experience it one more time"
And with that,I ran off leaving him in complete embarrassment.
"Ignore them and continue with the party"
Turns out what he said was right .Every Christmas party after that;I landed under the mistletoe with ugly boys(but I definitely didn't kiss any). One time,it was with a nine year old. I didn't wanna look like a fool so I kissed his cheeks but he became furious and left the party. Like seriously? Did he expect me to kiss his lips?"Disgusting".What a life .I guess I'll never get the magical first kiss of my dreams.
"SIGH!"
