(A Few Days Later)
Inside the royal palace, the 9 reincarnates were seen standing beside each other looking around for a certain individual.
"Where is he?" said Honda as he scratches his hair with a yawn.
"He's near, I can feel my mark on him rapidly approaching," said Don who was reading a book that floated in front of him.
"Yo!" said Kyouma who walked through the door with a raised hand.
"Mmm, everyone ready?" asked Kilt as he stood up from his leaning position with everyone responding with a yes, yeah, or yep.
"Let's go, and Kyouma, remember to act normal, we have a reputation to keep," said Kilt as Kyouma just nodded in response.
As the group of 10 walked towards the door in the distance, they slowly heard the cheers of people getting louder and louder the nearer they get.
"Oh, the people are really excited for me to appear huh," said Kyouma with a grin.
"It's because we're the great heroes destined to save the world," said Louis with a smile.
With the 10 now in front of the door, it was opened by the guards standing beside it and with that, they were greeted by the grand side of a festival as people were cheering all around the area.
And the moment they went outside the balcony, the people saw them and the cheers became louder with colorful magical fireworks shooting towards the sky has appeared.
"KYAAA!" shouts and cheers were heard all around the area as Kyouma looked at the crowd with a toothy grin while the other reincarnates just look at the crowd nonchalantly.
As Kyouma look at the crowd with a smile, he felt Kilt nudging his elbow as he nodded.
"Eh herm, hello everyone!" shouted Kyouma as the crowd cheered back.
"As you now all know, I am indeed the 10th Reincarnate! You can call me Hououin Kyouma" said Kyouma as the crowd cheered harder.
"As I have been summoned to this world by a random god and now given the duty to defeat the demon king, I would do my duty with all my heart and bring salvation to this world by eradicating those pesky demons that destroy the beautiful land of our and other race's continents!" shouted Kyouma as he riled up the crowd with his twisted speech that even the kids who were watching have their eyes shining with awe.
"I will kill every one of them! I will take away their existence from this holy world! We don't need those horrendous beings to exist! Isn't that right!" shouted Kyouma as the crowd roared with passion.
"YEAH! LET THOSE DEMONS GET THE PUNISHMENT OF GOD!" shouted the crowd as their roars got louder and louder that it seems they were the bad guys.
"ERADICATE THOSE DEMONS WHO KILLED US MERCILESSLY!"
"MAKE THEM GO EXTINCT!"
As those cries full of rage appeared all around the crowd, they suddenly heard a sultry chuckle appearing from the crowd as high above the sky appeared a big booby demon in the sky with dark pink skin, dangerous horns along with light pink hair, wearing a very revealing outfit, she exudes the aura of a dangerous demon.
"SHIT! DON!" shouted Kilt as he drew out his sword and jumped towards the demon with the balcony cracking from his kick.
Then a barrier appeared all over the crowd as Don cast a magic spell while the others went to rush toward the demon in the sky.
"CURSE YOU HUMANS! DIE!" shouted the demon with an enraged voice as she shot a pink beam of light towards Kyouma with Roro creating a slimy barrier to shield Kyouma from the blow.
"HA!" shouted Kilt high in the sky as he swung his sword towards the demon which she dodged by teleporting away behind Kyouma.
"DIE!" shouted the demon as her tail went to pierce towards the unprotected Kyouma as her tail shot towards his chest, but what happened was a bit shocking as she felt like she met a rubber-like substance once her tail touched Kyouma's back, but that was not the end as she felt it something prickling her tail and she felt something entering her body.
'Poison!' thought the demon as she teleported away and dodged Anastasia's kick and Roro's gigantic monstrous maw that appeared from their arm.
"Tch, another failed attempt" muttered the demon while a black liquid substance fell to the ground from her tail and looked at Kyouma with a glare.
As she looked at Kyouma with a glare, she teleported one last time leaving the 10 reincarnates alone.
"You okay?" asked Roro as they looked at my body with worried eyes.
"Don't worry, my body is like rubber so piercing attacks are not as effective, I also already healed my wounds on my back" said Kyouma as Flare appeared beside him.
"Phew, he's perfectly fine," said Flare as the glow in her eyes receded while Kilt landed beside them with a single hop.
"Sigh, the demons are getting more desperate, they went to send a Seven Deadly Sin towards us without hesitation, it was a good thing the sin of Lust isn't that combat effective," said Kilt as he patted Kyouma's back.
"Shijou, go give Kyouma some food, you've been stingy towards us for a while now," said Kilt as Shijou nodded and gave the other nine a pill which they swallowed and felt their power growing at a rapid rate.
"I can't give you guys more of that for a while, it takes too much energy to even give you guys a power boost at our stage, but if we hunt a dragon…" said Shijou with a smile as Kilt sighed.
"Just give Kyouma some food, for now, we don't want him to get assassinated right now," said Kilt.
"Oh, don't worry about me dying, my regenerative ability is a bit strong right now," said Kyouma as he ripped out his arm without hesitation with it horrifying the crowd for a bit but they quickly calmed down as they watched his hand regrow back in no time.
"If you say so, but let's continue the festival now that everybody calmed down," said Kilt as Kyouma nodded while Honda beside them butted in.
"Do you want me to loop back and make us kill the sin of Lust?" asked Honda.
"No, this will make the demons more desperate and we will fight them when we are still not ready to face their higher-ups," said Kilt as Honda nodded and leaned back on the wall.
"Well, everyone! It seems like the demons are getting desperate that they even sent a Seven Deadly Sin to target me! But with our combined might, we manage to send her away running! Our dream of eradicating the demons is getting closer and closer!" shouted Kyouma as the crowd got riled up again.
Soon, they went into a bountiful festivity as the people danced, and sang, they showed their talents and feats with the reincarnates making a show for the crowds to enjoy as bards sang their feats and legends.
(A Few Hours Later)
"You sure you can handle that much alcohol?" asked Honda as we sat in the corner of the wide grand hall as many powerful people talked to each other.
"Oh, this? I can't handle it, but I'm making my body become accustomed to it" said Kyouma as he chugged down a giant jug of beer and let out a satisfied burp with him finishing it all in one go.
"Huh, I'm kinda envious of your cheat," said Honda as he sighed and drink his own beer.
"Oh, why so? Couldn't you loop back in time upon your death? That's pretty much broken, you get future knowledge, near-infinite time to live, and more!" said Kyouma as he filled his giant mug with beer once more.
"It is at first glance, but the trauma is too much, I don't even want to die at this point if it's not needed," said Honda as I saw his trauma visibly with his shaking legs and arms full of anxiety.
"Well you'll get used to it, I did make myself go to so many near-death experiences in the past few days, but maybe death is much more traumatizing to the mind," said Kyouma while chugging down the gigantic mug once more and felt his stomach rapidly churning to transform the beer to benefit him instead.
"Maybe, I only did die a few hundred times, maybe when I reach the thousands I'll become numb to it, who knows, I might reach the ten thousand mark when we have to face the demon king in the future," said Honda with a depressed chuckle and chugged down his whole mug in one go with slight tears dripping from his eyes.
"That's the spirit, you should just adapt to death and get used to it, I did experience many hardships before I reincarnated," said Kyouma while he grabbed some fruits from the table beside them and went to munch on a banana.
"Oh yeah, you said you were a scientist right?" asked Honda with a raised eyebrow.
"Technically speaking, I'm not officially a scientist, I just dabbled in the ways of science," said Kyouma as he gave a banana to Honda who took it with a "Thanks," in response.
"What did you do in your past life then?" asked Honda with curious eyes.
"Well I did many stuff before I got reincarnated, I was a novelist, a metuber, a streamer, an artist, a singer, a time traveler, a person who shook the whole world, and more," said Kyouma as Honda looked at him with a blank stare.
"If you don't want to say it you didn't have to, sigh, for me, I was just a normal guy. I wasn't special in anything really, I just enjoyed my anime and manga, but then I just suddenly appeared in this world one day" said Honda with a sigh as he munched on his banana.
"Oh, well do you think we will go back to our worlds after all of this is over?" asked Kyouma with a faint smile.
"Probably," said Honda as the duo talked to each other for the rest of the night as they got to know each other better with Honda learning how weird Kyouma was.
