Capítulo 147: COME BACK TO ME

Liam's POV:

I tried calling Hannah, but she wasn't taking my calls since yesterday. Why could she possibly be busy? But what work do Dario and Elliot have? I was getting impatient. 

Then I got a call. I attend it hoping that it would be Hannah. But it was Hugo. Why is he calling me now? Doesn't he have his own territory to run? 

"Eaton, why did you break the pact? You promised that you wouldn't interfere in my business. But kill my father."

"I am sorry, but what are you talking about?"

"Stop acting, Eaton. You hired a hitman and assassinated my father. Do you know the consequences of breaking the pact?"

I forced a chuckle. " Why would I do that? I already left Alaska a week ago." 

"If you didn't kill my father, then tell me who could have done it?" 

His voice on the phone was so loud that it was deafening my ear. Why is he nagging me right now? If someone killed his father, then how can I possibly know about that?
