Capítulo 46: Chapter 46 three summons, a deal?
Compared to the other monsters that the people of this world summoned the ones that Cu had were unique and they were sentient the teenage girl of a demon in front of him told him all that!
He had no intention of making go through repeated deaths only to be resummoned to do it all over again he wanted to learn about this world and the three monsters that he called upon will be his voice when needed.
So he answered this curious yet threatening demon girl of what will happen.
"I wish to relax in this world for as long as possible and depending on how well you do your tasks, I may bring you with me on my journeys."
His offer was something any monster of this world would jump at because imagine dying over and over again only to be revived to start that loop again, and if they were unlucky to suffer a full generation of being raped, and if the offspring was powerful enough they would be summoned yet again!
The demon girl's eyes flickered in a brief excitement and hope before returning to her cold look just that this time she flew to the ground standing on her hooves as she started thinking about what her kind had to endure for the rest.
she wanted to end such things if possible thus before her question the wolf-headed man asked.
"quite the offer right? if you work with me I could help free others of your kind all that I want is your sincere loyalty nothing more... and i will add one more request of your choosing should you complete all of your tasks, so tell me will you join me? or return to the loop of suffering?"
the man held his hand out waiting for her decision...
unlike the demons of his original world, these demons were unable to make such deals only to do the summoner's bidding from fight to fucking which is why it was so tempting but she had one request at this very moment something that she purposely made harder hoping that he would fail yet at the same time succeed a contradicting request.
as truthfully, it was unbelievable that a monster king, one that is born to lead the monsters to another world? sound like hogwash more than anything while his mana was extremely abundant she'd rather stay and way for the time of peace should he fail since it would mean that it was all a lie something that many tried yet failed so who was to say that he wasn't like the others?
So her request doomed the eastern empire many times over.
"destroy the eastern empire and its forts and I can promise my life to be tied with yours and those of your kin."
she request seemed casual yet she was making Cu fight against an empire that could overpower the other two kingdoms and the united front, she anticipated the curt rejection so that she'd be on her way yet the Wolf-headed man replied.
"Something that simple?"
she caught her herself choking on her own saliva before coughing loudly as she had a 'what the hell did he just say?' kind of look as she stared at the man wide-eyed then tried asking to make sure that she didn't hear it wrongly.
"Sorry, but could you repeat that?"
both fearing and hoping that she heard right she braced herself, it was understandable since they were talking about a powerful empire here that could have ruled the continent if it weren't for the emissaries of the gods hindering them!
That flat reply as the man stared at her in wonder made her flinch.
"I said something that simple? no seriously, is that all you want?"
she shuddered from the answer then grit her teeth at the question she wanted to scream out "yes! of course, I want that since the rest of my kin was currently enslaved by that very empire!" but she had to be careful when it came about deals that could very well control her for the rest of her life!
So she answered so simply as well with one word so that nothing unnecessary would be added unintentionally.
"YES!"
the man gave a clap then closed his eyes before nodding before saying.
"good the contract has been made!"
She took a few deep breaths to ease her tension before hearing something that was used a very long time ago to reassure the relationship between the monster and summoner, something that allowed monsters their freedom!
"where would you like to be engraved on me?"
that was not a contract of servitude, not as a mindless slave, nor as an expendable soldier but of equals this was how it used to be and now a wolf-headed man had offered this to her!
she was suspicious but she decided to engrave herself on to his back and turned into a wisp of mana that formed a tattoo of a woman that looked like she was covered in flames as she looked to the sky.
the reason why Cu believed that his task was simple was due to his specific skills the blood of a Seija which enabled him to create nearly endless amounts of lesser dragons to do his bidding or mark of the fiend where he could just make humans of this world into a new batch of archfiends!
While he will be in this world the little skill that he had gained from sacrificing a planet was something that the gods that tried invading the previous world would hunt him to the ends of the universe for.
the ability to create life, to create livable lands to create a dimension that solely belongs to him the ability to create worlds, not just a world, but worlds one of the steps that many gods failed to reach yet he had it without being a god!
something that Bahamut's memories, his personal skill with the blood of Seija helping to create the ability!
This was something that he had been wanting with the flock of archfiends always working hard for the paradise and the number of monsters that will be relying on him would only increase so Cu needed a place for them to stay.
just that now he has to figure out how to stabilize it, without it suddenly imploding as his previous attempts weren't very uh promising as the horde of lesser dragons that he used to test it disappeared into nothingness so he'd rather not let the monsters of this world experience that!
But poor little empire, Cu will make sure its sacrifice won't be in vain but he was contemplating should he just let them be swamped by hordes of lesser dragons numbering millions? or should he have Raiga and Hiiragi blow off some steam? decisions, decisions...
