"Didn't you need a word to call me?" He said, yawning. "Just call me, Jun. Why be bothered choosing names?" He didn't even know what his name was. Another reason why he asked her to call him Jun was that he had yet to compromise with his identity. " Moreover, I don't trust your husband to tell him my name."

Also, he didn't want Lord Tang to know his name. He didn't even like him in the first place. Why would he tell him his name?
