Just then the young sales girl came back with the paper work "here you are sir, please sign here" Once he signed " Here is your card and the Keys and your copy of the Paper work, Thank you and hope you enjoy your purchase have a nice day" John and Bill Smiled at her "You did a great job keep it up thank you" and they walked off to get their pick up they just bought.
Hoping in they just checked it out for a minute before turn it on and driving it out of the dealership.
While they were driving John said "I really like this truck I want to take it home with us" Bill smiling " we can always put it on a transport truck" John grinning" I always said you were a Genius"
They drove to the City Hall. When they walked in they asked directions to the finance department. Heading towards where they were told to go they ran into the Fire Chief " Afternoon Sir" Looking up he smiled "Afternoon Gentlemen, can I help you with anything "
They replied " We are heading to the finance department to see if we can help your department out with a donation"
The Chief replied " Really that's very nice of you, I will walk with you" So they walked into the finance department " Afternoon what can I do for you gentleman this afternoon?" John smiled at her " We are here to make a donation to the Fire and Rescue Department and also the City repair fund if you have one"
The lady looked at them for minute before replying " Sure how much would you boys like to donate today?"
John and Bill looked at each other while thinking" Before they turned around and said "Five Billion dollars on both"
John handed over his card snapping both the lady and the chief out of their shock. The lady took his card and processed his Donation. Handing his Card Back " Thank you for your generosity today, the City Thanks you"
Looking at the watches "We have to get going we have an appointment at the Fire station" Looking at the Chief " If you are available sir, we have one more gift for your department it is due at 4 down at the Station"
With that they walked out and headed out the building The Lady looked at the chief " What remarkable Young men" All he could do was nod then he looked at his watch and left as well. He wanted to go see what the boys were up too at the station.
Arriving at the Fire Station John and Bill parked the
car and walked in greeting everyone "Afternoon
everyone" Looking up from what they were doing they
smiled and the Captain walked over " Afternoon what
can we do for you Today" They shook their heads " we
are here to do something for you.
Just after he finished talking the chief Showed up
He just greeted everyone when they heard the sound of a helicopter. John and Bill Smiled and looked at their watches " They are early" Everyone looking at them John said " Lets go out and have a look shall we"
John and Bill walked out of the Station followed by everyone else. When they all walked out they were all greeted by the sight of a Helicopter flying in. All of the Firemen including the Chief all looked at them with confused expressions.
John and Bill Just smiled, Soon the Helicopter landed on the Helipad and the pilot switched it off and got down from the roof and walked over and gave John the Paperwork for him to sign and gave him the Keys "Thank you have a great Day" and the Pilot walked over to a waiting car and Left.
John and Bill Turned around to the captain and The Chief. "This is for your Department" Handing the Keys over. The Chief was amazed by the generosity of these two young men. "Thank you very much for everything you have done, not only help put out the Fire but your generosity today will allow us to update the whole department and get new gear"
The Captain was listening to the Chief was shocked.
John and Bill just replied " It was our pleasure Sir, We
have a property here, We are part of the Community
now So it is only right for us to Support the Local
services."
After Talking for a little while longer the Boys decided to leave as they had to go back home tomorrow " Nice to meet all you, we need to get going we have to head back to Cooke City in the Morning and we have to organize a transport for our new Truck" With that they got in the Pick up and Left.
