John and Bill had went home feeling exhausted. John stated "Today didn't exactly go the way we planned" Bill replied "It had a lot more action then I expected" John Just Nodded " I was wondering what we could buy next but I didn't expect it be another helicopter and definitely not under those conditions"

When they got home they didn't even get out of the car before their lips crashed on each other. They some how got out of the car and made their way inside without breaking away from the kiss. They were naked the second the door closed and they were rubbing one another as they made their way to the stairs to go up to their room.

The day went by fairly quickly as it was time to head home. John was waiting for Bill outside when Mr Phillips walked over " Afternoon John, How have you been" John looking over " Good Sir, thank you for asking"
Bill walked out at that moment"Afternoon Sir." Mr Phillips Replied " Afternoon Bill"
He then turned back to John "John , we have some people on the way this afternoon, I was hoping you could join us, It is the owner of the Land the University is on and he is bringing some developer with him.
He wants to sell the land to them and I am afraid they will want to knock the university down, which won't be good for anyone, The owner is having some financial troubles and can't Maintain the land anymore" John thought about for a minute " I think we could come with you Sir"
Bill Just Nodded and Put his things in the car. John and Bill followed Mr Phillips walking Hand in Hand. When they reach the meeting room they all walked in and took a seat and waited for the guests.
About fifteen Minutes later some people walked in. After they sat down, and greeted everyone the Owner started to talk. " Gentleman I am here because I need to sell this land, I know it will be inconvenient for the University but I have no choice" Pausing for Minute before continuing " These gentleman have offered me 100 Million for the land which includes the land the university is on as well as all surrounding land it is about 400 hectares.
John and Bill looked at each other listening to him talk. John looked at everyone before he asked "Would you consider selling it someone else if they offered yo more Money?" The Owner looked at John while thinking " I may reconsider depending on what amount is offered" John just nodded before addressing the other gentlemen' Is the price you offered the highest you can go?" One of the men looked at him before answering "We can't go much more because we have to develop the land and it all cost money"
