Capítulo 1: Meet the Female Lead
'Hide!' They both thought simultaneously but then realized that what's the point in doing that? It was a chance to move the Story's plot forward. If they hid, at most it would make a fluffy situation.
Leo let go of Sylvia's hand and quickly retreated behind a rose hedge nearby with his head poking out a bit. Sylvia stared straight at the head peeking out of the random rose hedge and internally cursed to herself. 'Looks like its time to act like a villainess...' Sylvia turned back to the female lead and closed her eyes for a bit.
The moment she opened eyes, a vast coldness appeared instead of the usual sleepy and bored look she had. If you're wondering how she was able to look this cold, one answer: She reminded herself of the time that Leo had stolen ice cream she had done her best to make without the use of magic. (Because in this world, magic is activated when they turn sixteen after they enter an academy.) She had even ignored him for 3 whole months before she was reminded of his existence.
"Fuu..." Sylvia exhaled and walked towards the figure looking at the water fountain in a daze.

"Why are you just standing there in a daze?"
When Ye Hua heard that cold yet melodious voice, she turned around and saw an enchanting sight!
There was a girl with waist-long silver hair that shone in the morning sun, a slim and well-proportioned figure that many women would envy. Nice and fair white skin as if he had never seen a drop of sunlight. And mysterious deep purple eyes which had a vicious cold within them.
Although Ye Hua was terrified by her bone-chilling eyes, she was more astounded by her beauty.
Her white school blazer lined with blue trimmings clung to her waist and instead of covering up her curvaceous figure it instead gave her a feeling of purity.
For some reason, Sylvia felt a weird chill up her spine at that moment but she didn't change her stance one bit.
"Are you deaf? I said why are you just standing there in a daze? You could be blocking the other way for people passing through here, don't you know?"
"Uh...I...I...I..."
Ye Hua came back to reality when she heard the question from the beautiful figure. She was in awe when she saw the grand water fountain with the water reflecting the light from the sun causing mini-rainbows to shine around it. She even forgot about the entrance ceremony and probably would have been late if it wasn't for Sylvia calling out to her.
"I... I was just amazed at the beautiful water fountain that I ended up staring at it for quite some time..."
"Is that so?" Ye Hua couldn't help but shiver with those cold and domineering eyes facing her.
"Now, now, Syl, you shouldn't scare a new student like that." Then all of a sudden a melodious and husky male voice resounded out in her ears.
Out of a rose hedge, a dashing figure stepped out. He had luxurious blonde hair and smiling blue eyes. On his lips hang a playful grin, The academy's uniform made him seem like a knight in white shining armor coming to save her. Or at least that was Ye Hua's impression of him.
"Don't you see the poor girl is terrified? Now, now, it's fine. No need to be scared, okay?" The man said it in such a gentle and caring tone that as if he would protect her no matter what. Just the thought of it made Ye Hua's legs feel as if they were made out of jelly.
"Hmph! Anyway, we're going to be late if dawdle here any further. Let's go, Leo."
"Alright. You shouldn't be late too, young miss." As the man called Leo said that, he shot a playful wink at her before catching up to the beauty called Syl.
Ye Hua's gaze lingered on Leo's back before it disappeared in the distance. And then she gently put her hand on her beating chest.
*Thump*
*Thump*
*Thump*
Ye Hua could feel her heart beating the entire time the man was near her and she could feel that her face was as red as a tomato at the moment.
'Leo...huh?' Ye Hua thought for a moment before turning back to the last place the handsome figure stood.
