Capítulo 36: Ava's arrival
After 20 minutes the car slowly drove into the parking lot of the hospital Lu Jinnian got down from the car went to the other side opened the car door for Ava . Ava tutted ohh he is really a gentleman .
Lu Jinnian gestured Ava towards the elevator she slowly followed him behind both of them were silent along the way Lu Jinnian was worried about Mu Ying's diagnosis by Ava while Ava was never too enthusiastic about strangers when they reached the top most floor Ava followed him out of the elevator.
She saw him enter a ward she went in behind him what she saw was a beautiful girl lying on the hospital bed her face was pale she was thin but it couldn't hide her beauty she sighed as soon as she landed she saw good looking people one after another .
She walked towards her hospital bed picked up her report at the side calmly went through them . "What is your relation with her ?" she was not sure who he was or whether he was related to the girl in the bed or was only entrusted by Anna .
She had to discuss her further plan with her family , she slowly looked at him only to see the tenderness in his eyes his eyes never left Mu Ying slowly she heard him utter a word:"Fiance" .
She nodded:" Then let's discuss her future plan with you ."
He hesitated but still asked her his voice low :"Will you be able to wake her up?"
She looked into his eyes which were calm before now carried unease which had a gentle look replaced by a concerned one love can really change a person.
She nodded and started explaining:" I will try my best to cure her although she is okay she has a few blood clots in place where it is difficult to operate if you are willing to trust me I will assure you that she can wake up ."
Lu Jinnian was overjoyed hearing her words although there were risks he still hesitated but this was his first time finding hope after so many years . Seeing that he was still hesitating Ava looked at him seriously:" Although there are a lot of difficulties in the surgery you can be rest assured that she will definitely wake up even if there is a percent chance of her not waking up I won't let her condition worsen . You may not trust me but you should trust Anna she won't recommend me if I couldn't help you ".
Lu Jinnian decided to give it a try to trust Anna his Ying she will surely never leave him they had to grow old together after all . He looked up at Ava " Then I will trouble you with her ." Ava looked at his serious eyes nodded solemnly .
" I will perform surgery in a few days after studying her case for her surgery I need a good medical staff also a good surgeon who can co-operate with me to make it more successful." She slowly explained to him the whole process Lu Jinnian listened to her attentively noting down everything in his mind .
" Let her go through a full body check up today I will come again tomorrow then we will discuss other things after seeing her reports ," She could see this guy really loved the person on the hospital bed she was willing to help them .
Lu Jinnian wanted to accompany Mu Ying for the whole check up so her called assistant Rui over to drive Ava to her place she was arranged to:" Well my assistant will send you to your place ".
Ava had no problem with the arrangements she went downstairs waited in the parking lot after few minutes assistant Rui drove her back to the new villa they had arranged for her
he helped her carry her luggage inside settled her down he then took out his business card handed it to her .
" Miss Ava can contact me incase of any problem there are servants and housekeeper to look after your daily needs ", Ava nodded thanked him and let him go back she found the master bedroom took out her toiletries and pajama for the suitcase went to wash up she came back directly lay down on the bed she sighed a relief.
She really traveled a lot these days today's day was also quite busy was tired as soon as she lay down she fell asleep in a few seconds.
Mo corps president office
Today Su Cheng was sure that Mo Jingzhi had no intention to work he was mostly in daze today he didn't sign a document on the desk nor did he pay attention to any meeting today.
Mo Jingzhi was really out of place today he was facing a big problem right now although he knew he liked Anna now he didn't know If she would like him too .
He was clueless about how to pursue her there was only Anna and Anna in his mind there was no place for other thoughts.
He glanced at the clock noticed that it was time to get off work he stood up exited the office he was about to walk towards Anna's department but Su Cheng stopped him :" Ceo you had a social gatherings at 9 o clock ."
Mo Jingzhi glanced back at him spat out two words in a deep voice "Cancel it ".
He walked pass su Cheng indifferently went to Anna's department he waited outside one after another employees passed him after greetings.
but he couldn't find a shadow of her after waiting for almost half an hour a female figure with a cold face slowly walked out . She looked up at him in surprise slowly walked towards him he naturally took the handbag from her took her hand and walked towards the elevator she followed him unhurriedly looked at his back in trance .
When both of them entered the elevator Mo Jingzhi pressed the floor button without any intention to let go of her hand they was a long silence when Anna was about to speak she heard a deep magnetic voice above her :" How was your first day ?"
"I think the project at hand is quite challenging I really like working with your employees....". He listened to her attentively .
" It is good that you're comfortable with the working environment if there is a problem contact me immediately don't treat me like an outsider."
Anna wanted to refute that it was ok she could handle such small matters but what came out of the mouth was completely opposite she obediently agreed to his words .
