Everyone knew that Devin found it difficult to express himself. They knew that he probably found it awkward to voice out his intentions, which is why he was most of the time silent.

He would also, most of the time, leave without saying a word as he found himself awkward, too, which is why he acted aloof to mask his discomfort. 

Angeal walked in the hallways but didn't find him. The dog in her arms continued to lick her hand, making Angeal giggle as she patted the top of Satoshi's head, feeling happy with her present that she got from Devin. 

'But where is the giver, I wonder?'

Angeal went inside of her room and wore her winter coat which had fur on its hood. She then stepped out of the room and sauntered out of the mansion, meeting the white snow that fell from the sky.
