''You live here?" As the windshields rolled down, Claire gazed at the grand apartment building in front of her eyes before turning to look at the man who was sitting in the passenger seat. 

''Mhmm, in the penthouse,'' Maven glanced at her face, trying to register all her features inside his head. 

''Alright then,'' Claire nodded. 

''You aren't coming?" he asked her in a soft voice and as she turned to look at him, she could almost see his drooping puppy ears. 

How adorable! Claire was almost blinded by the sight of it. She glanced at her watch. It was past 9 am already and Noah, her, and Elvina had a meeting at their mansion in Silverton Estate at 9:30 am, ''Some other day,'' she looked at the man, letting out a soft sigh. 

Maven cupped her face, stroking her ear gently, ''It was still fine when we weren't together but now that we are official, I don't want to part from you,'' he leaned closer to her, peppering gentle kisses on her lips.
