Capítulo 3: Runaway Wife Once Again
- Remote Village -
It was four months since Venusa saw Damian. She was unable to check her pregnancy in order to keep it secret. Her stomach bulged a little bit and she was able to camouflage it by using black dresses. She was sure of her condition when she felt her baby move acrobatically. Her delicate body won't be able to hide this baby for a longer duration.
The villagers were friendly but she avoided any interaction with any of them. Maya was born in the village, but she was raised in the Shen household so her loyalty laid with her mistress.
Venusa startled by the loud noise coming her way.
Thor was barging in her bedroom and announced, "Madam, they found us! Run to the secret tunnel! Let me hold them here!"
Maya was right behind him and nervously spoke, "Madam, I will lead you the way!"
Venusa was unable to fight the bad guys due to her pregnancy. She had to protect Damian heir even if she turned into a coward.
Thor said frantically, "Hurry.., Madam...They had conquered the gate."
She took a camping bag where she had stored all her treasure and precious stuff for this situation. It was a heavy load, so thankfully Maya was carrying it for her.
"Thanks for your protection, Thor! Please be alive!!"
The secret tunnel was located inside the cupboard, Thor had to lock it from outside to hide it from enemy sight.
- Capital City hotel -
"Madam..., your face looks totally different!! It's impressive!!! You are using a special object and makeup to change your face!" Maya's eyes lit with adoration.
Venusa was very lucky to learn the trick of disguise from her secret organization overseas. She made her new face from lambskin and shaped a new nose and lips with a special wax clay. In addition, she was using a special contact lens to widen her eyes and change its color from brown to blue.
"Maya..., I am sorry! You have to suffer because of me!"
"The rebels killed my husband.., Madam. He was Marshall Shen soldier.., I am willing to sacrifice my life to save you!"
Venusa was aghast by the realization and promised her, "We will destroy the rebels.., and...your child?"
Maya shook her head and answered, " I had a miscarriage when my husband died..."
Venusa's heart was filled with admiration and fondness of how strong this small woman carried her life even after tragedy hit her life. Maya had protected her and also her unborn child. For her sake, because she was unwilling to see a doctor, Maya had learned medical knowledge every day from the village healer to concocting healthy tonic and methods of delivering a baby.
Now, she understood why Maya had concerned about her pregnancy so much.
"Maya, from now on.., you will be my sister!"
"I did not dare.., madam."
"I never have a friend or sibling in my life.., since I am younger than you.., please be my older sister! You should stop calling me madam and called my name!"
Maya nodded in agreement and gave her a warm hug.
She was breaking their affectionate moment when she remembered an important task to do.
"Let's go sis....Time to find my husband!"
- Siren hotel conference room -
"I am pregnant with your heir, Marshal Shen!" Announced Marilyn proudly. " You can't kick me out now, let me be your wife!"
"I only have one wife.., and I won't take another wife." He gazed at her coldly.
"But..., our baby will be illegitimate !" Marilyn was sitting in front of him separated by the long table. The powerful man in front of her didn't budge at all. His handsome face was indifferent to her news.
Finally, she got him an heir through insemination process with his sperm. On that day, after he ejaculated his seminal fluid inside of her, in order to make sure that she would beget his heir afterward, she obtained his sperm by a masturbation procedure and save it inside a special container that she had prepared for the special occasion.
Marshal Shen shouted with fury and said," I will provide for the baby, but he or she will not be my heir! You can get out now and asked commander Luo to provide you a place to stay."
"I will see you around, Marshall!" She walked toward him and kissed his hand lovingly and head out toward the door in front of them.
Right after Marilyn left, he caught a movement from the restroom ahead of him.
"Who is it?"
Still sitting, he looked at a timid middle-aged woman with a common look and a crying face come out from the restroom. She was kind of familiar but he couldn't point a finger if he ever saw her before.
She talked with a low husky voice, "I'm sorry to disturb you, Marshall Shen! I was cleaning up the restroom and didn't realize someone would use this room. I will leave your sight now.., goodbye.., and congratulations on your baby news!"
Definitely, he didn't recognize her voice but he was upset with her mocking tones.
"Mind your own business and don't let anyone know this news if you still want to be alive!"
He slammed his hand steely on the wood table and it was broken into a big hole.
"Rest assured, you will never see me again." The middle-aged lady was shaken and run out the door with anguish tears.
He was upset with the news of Marilyn's pregnancy. He was to blame to trust the cunning bitch. She had been spying on him and using Mark Shen's death to get his pity while she was the true culprit.
Beside her pregnancy, he wanted to keep her around to use her to send false information to the Rebels.
- Siren Hotel Servant Room -
"Why are you crying, Venusa? Did you find your husband? I checked the west wing and he was not there." Maya locked the door for privacy. With the help of Maya's friend, a manager of Siren hotel, they get in as servants. Unable to trust anyone, they split ways to look for Damian Shen.
"He cheated on me again! He would have a baby with his bimbo."
She was mad and sad at the same time. She was happy when she heard from one of his guards that he would use the conference room. But before she could kiss him passionately, she saw a woman shadow from the thick crystal door. Then, she was hiding in the restroom with a little opening at the door to eavesdrop at their conversation.
Her heart was broken.
She vowed, "Damian Shen, you will never see me again!"
"I will follow you wherever you go!" Maya was upset on her behalf. She heard of Marshal Shen womanizer way, but she thought he had changed his way when he showed affection toward Venusa.
"I need a freshly dead body with my body size from the morgue, sister. From now onward..., Venusa Chen is dead. Let's live a quiet life overseas!"
