Capítulo 6: Again, Love You
- Shen Residence Backyard -
A little girl smiled brightly like an angel and running toward Venusa at the moment she entered the backyard.
Excitingly, she exclaimed, "You are new here.., and you are a woman soldier! Could you train me to be a soldier so I can protect my daddy?!"
"Little girl.., what's your name?" she smiled sheepishly.
"My name is Leah and my daddy is the powerful marshal, your boss!", she declared arrogantly and proudly.
"Where's your mommy at?"
She was curious about the other woman that gave birth to such an angelic beauty and bright personality.
Jealousy was seeping deep into her bone these past six years but looking at the attractive and charming little girl, she can't blame Damian Shen for falling for her beautiful mother.
"Mommy left me a long time ago!" she answered sadly and sobbed silently.
Venusa was stunned with her gloomy response.
She felt pity for the unmothered girl and hugged her gently and speak gently, " I believe that she has no choice but to leave you behind, shush.., a soldier has to be strong and bear any tribulations."
Leah stopped crying at the same moment Damian Shen prowling behind them.
"Give her to me..., Venn Lee! You are my personal guard and not my daughter's nanny! I wish you can draw a line professionally and not getting involved personally in my family matter," he warned her coldly. His wistful eyes were dazzling and his heart was fluttering with expectation. But it was not possible for him to love another woman, his heart had died when his beloved wife passed away.
"I am sorry, Marshal.., I will keep it in mind, however, I am not an unfeeling person and I can't help myself to adore your daughter," she answered with an irritated tone of voice.
He stunned for a moment, her voice was exactly similar to Venusa's voice, but it was probably only in his imagination.
At the same moment, Venusa caught herself, in a split second she forgot to use her disguise voice due to her flaring emotion. She was glad that he didn't realize it.
Without any word, he left as soon as he lifted up Leah into his strong arms.
Leah was peeking at her from his shoulder and waved her goodbye unnervingly while looking at her daddy stern face.
Venusa was lost on her thought while watching their shadows disappeared from her sight and shook her head violently to get rid of her prohibited thought. ' No way.., I can't love him anymore! I had run away twice from him for the same reason...The nonexistent of the other women doesn't mean that I can come back to his side....Forget about him....Venusa Chen was no longer alive.....Venn Lee is a Golden Wolf top agent with a mission to accomplish....Not again.....Love only exist for the weakling!"
- The rebels cave -
"Leader.., we are ready to launch a final attack anytime soon!" A bulky guy with an evil look smiled like a poisonous snake.
"Good job, Andrew.., we will attack them in one month! They had destroyed our headquarters four years ago.., but now we have regained our power back.., unfortunately, the bomb attack was not successful but this time everything will work as plan." The villainous leader with a deep scar on his face smiled evilly.
"Leader.." A busty woman with an attractive figure and glamour beauty suddenly entered the inner cave. "I begged you not to use my daughter as a chess piece!" she begged him with an aghast look. She added, " I am your blood sister and she is your niece, your heir! The final plan of using her life to guarantee success, I disagree.., please let her live..., and we will follow you for life!" she was hoping that blood is thicker than his ambition. Due to a ghastly tragedy, her brother was unable to beget an offspring.
"My sister? You are only my chess piece but because of your false information four years ago, we were pushed out from the capital! You should be grateful that I keep you alive, Marilyn!"
"Marshal Shen was not easy to fool.., he found out of my identity and tricked me..., give me another chance.., brother, and leave my baby girl alone!"
"You are too soft, Marilyn! I won't give you another chance unless you killed the marshal and his daughter. Remember that we lost our family and our heritage because of that greedy emperor that he served. Hence, we were fighting for the injustice of this world! 20 years ago, the evil Emperor only let me live after he had castrated me to end our lineage, I can't forgive him.., I will kill him and all his dogs!! "
His eyes were blazing with madness while he laughed like a maniac.
Marilyn Shen was scared and afraid of losing her life and her daughter's life. She had genuinely love Damian Shen and used many tricks to be his woman, but still, she was unable to gain his love.
After motherhood, her vision in life had changed, instead of revenge she just wanted to live her life peacefully with her daughter, Leah. She had to think of a master plan to get away from her cruel brother and save the father of her baby, thus saving her daughter's life. Damian would definitely protect the mother of his daughter. Maybe he would eventually love her if she could show him her sincerity. She smiled with confidence to win his love and planned her escape.
- Emperor Mountain -
The journey to the emperor city was not an easy trip. For 5 hours, they had to pass the bushy rainforest and the rough Emperor mountain terrain. Dane was swearing under his breath when he stumbled into a big tree root. Immediately, the gentle giant, Willis was lifting him up and laid him flat at the soft ground. Venusa hurriedly went to Dane side and treat his knee wound with her medical supplies.
"Let us rest here!", instructed Damian Shen when he was aware of his personal men's tiredness.
Venusa was looking at him with disbelief, Damian Shen was not sweating at all. She won't be surprised if he was an immortal on his past life, because not only he was blessed with a good look, but also he was bestowed with a vigorous perfect body. She licked her lips nervously when she remembered the scenes of their sexual intercourse. For six years, every night, her body had been feverish with the memory of their lovemaking. Now, the urge to be one with him had gotten stronger because the attractive man sat just next to her. She could not help but fall in love with him all over again since she was never gotten over him.
At night, the four people huddled together by the warm fire after finishing their dinner.
"Marshal.., we only brought two tents which will be spacious enough for us! Would it be okay if I sleep with Dane?!"
Damian nodded without any hint of a grievance.
He was watching her body language closely and with his past experiences with women he knew when a woman was ready for his sexual advance.
It had been six years since his wife's demise, but unable to let go of her memory, he had lived a celibate life.
However, the unruly unattractive girl who at the moment busying herself to build their tent had stirred his emotions and awaken his buried concupiscence.
"Marshal, the bed is ready! It's very spacious! I will sleep in the small corner so you can have more space.", she babbled nervously.
She took a small area and slept as far as she can from the enormous six-pack body. However, the tantalizing giant was sprawling in the middle of the tent leaving an empty space on the other corner.

However, it was not an accident on his part, he had decided to let himself go this once and maybe after, he would see the reality and not so obsessed with her anymore.
"Marshal.., could you scoot on the other side?" she requested almost unwillingly.
He was looking at her with uncontrollable longing and slowly and expertly his hands were stripping her white shirt seductively.
She was unable to refuse his silent demand. Unexpectedly, her hands had advanced on his well-built chest and nervously unbuttoned his military shirt, just like it was a long time ago.
She gulped hard and lick her lips alluringly at the sight of his hard toned six-pack figure.

Again, he felt a sense of familiarity with the way she begged.
