Capítulo 407: Ice Cellar (Part Three)

Zhao Zhan and Yue Jiaojiao took the opportunity to tell Doctor Sun about Madam Zhang's discomfort while they were delivering the cake to him.

When night fell, they heard excited and ecstatic voices coming from Madam Zhang's small courtyard. They were curious as to what was happening so they immediately perked up from the noise.

Zhao Zhan and Yue Jiaojiao hurriedly got up and went over, just in time to see Doctor Sun coming out from inside.

"Good news, I can have the cake now!"

Since the patient was doing fine, Doctor Sun immediately started thinking about the cake in his courtyard that he had to leave behind. 

Yue Jiaojiao's eyes brightened. She exchanged a look with Zhao Zhan and immediately reacted. "Zhao Zhan, from what I've heard from Doctor Sun, is Madam Zhang really pregnant?"

Zhao Zhan also knew about the mishap they had last time and was hesitant. "If that's the case, then Lingzhen's can be explained."
