They had reached the halfway mark of their journey when Emilia finally stopped ignoring Noel. She had a few questions she'd wanted to ask this man.

"Are you really half-brothers?" Noel cast a surprised glance at the girl next to him. She had been pretending to be dead for the last few hours.

Shrugging his shoulders at her question, he said," Yes."

"Then you betrayed King Adulya becasue you are related to Brother AJ? Is that why you gave up on getting revenge?"

This time Noel just laughed and said," What do you think I am? There was never a possibility of getting revenge. AJ and I have always known that we were half-brothers. King William was a wise man. He made sure that I would never blame AJ for anything and vice versa."

"So why did you never acknowledge each other in public?" Emilia asked in confusion.
