The county town was about twenty miles away from Green Mountain Village. Before dawn, Brittany was woken up by Mrs. Long.

Not only she, Susan and Leo were also woken up.

Mrs. Long took the opportunity to go to the county town to bring the two children to have fun and also to the Academy to visit Sam.

Brittany got up to wash up and realized that it was not just her family. The lights in the second branch family's and third branch family's rooms were also lit. It seemed that they were all preparing to go to the market.
