The air between them was tense now as they looked at each other in silence. The healer was rather glaring, completely in disbelief that Aeric could recognize her.

The reason was fairly simple, with a brain powered by an overflow of Divinity, Aeric also had a sharp memory. It was impossible for him to forget any face or any image no matter how far away in time it was. Even if it was when he was just a newborn baby.

"How could you know that? How could you recognize me?" the healer asked, shock clear in her face.

"So it really is you." Aeric half-smirked. "I'd never imagined that I would see you again."

Still shaken by the fact that Son Aeric had just recognized her even though he had never seen her ever since she helped give birth to him, the healer shook her head and returned to her work. She rubbed the wet towel on him more vigorously now.

Aeric watched her. "If you don't mind me asking, miss. What's your name?"
