Moments after that, he silently lowered his gaze. His dim eyes looked out of the window, and when Xi Xiaye followed his gaze, he realized that the night sky outside was a little gloomy. Over the vast and still horizon hung a very dull moon.

Xi Xiaye waited for a long while, but he did not say anything. She was stunned for a moment. Then, she looked up and fixed her eyes on him. After a while, he looked at her again and said in a low voice, "What should I do then?"
