Ves was happy for helping his mother regain her complete form. He had given her the bones she needed to permanently heal the deep soul injury that had caused her to remain stuck in a dying state all of this time.
Yet before he could join his mother and sister to celebrate this happy occasion, an event began to unfold in an entirely different galaxy that completely ruined his mood.
Ves could no longer express care for everything that had happened to his mother today, because his real human self had come under great threat at this time!
Back in the Red Ocean, Ves stood up from his office chair and looked out of the window of his Royal Mansion.
Although he couldn't quite see it, the phasewater in his blood allowed him to feel that the fabric of space all around him had begun to shake in a minute fashion.
This was not concerning by itself, but the problem was that it was happening everywhere!

Contest Rules
Design an original alien race that will play an important part in the story going forward. This alien race may be based in the Red Ocean or another galaxy. DO NOT USE THE MILKY WAY.
Try to be original and unconventional when designing the alien race. It can have a hostile, neutral or friendly inclination towards the human race. You can invent all kinds of cultures and history for them, and they may master unique and unusual technologies that may be of use to humans.
The alien races will mainly be evaluated according to the following criteria: Fit, Originality, Flavor and Excess.
Point System
You must quantify the performance of your entry by allocating 10 points in the following categories:
Strength (?/10)
Metaphysics (?/10)
Quantity (?/10)
Technology (?/10)
The description of the alien race must match your point allocation. If not, your submission will be disqualified.
The minimum point for a category is 0. 2 to 3 points is average. 4 is good. 5 is excellent. 6 is extreme.

Description: The conehead race is an old and declining bipedal alien species of the Red Ocean. They resemble humans but feature exaggerated conal heads which makes them incredibly smart on average. They are natural scientists and engineers and their technology rivals that of the puelmer race. They have built fairly strong warfleets but show no ability at all to become phase lords, hence why they are treated as cursed outcasts by the other major alien races. The coneheads hate humans and want to wipe them all out. This is because the coneheads mistake humans as degenerated and extremely stupid short-headed descendants of their race.
