"No alcohol, please," Desmond whispered as he walked over to me.

I nodded, a little nervous to see Ezra's parents. We went there to pay our respects.

"Arev, Anassa," Desmond slightly bowed his head for respect.

"Uncle, Aunt ..." I bowed my head, too.

"I thought you were grounded, Ameira?"

I heard a loud bang in my chest. I looked at Uncle nervously. Desmond patted my waist. I gasped and was about to answer when Ezera answered first.

"She was, Pápa. But don't worry, we will apologize to Uncle."
