The way of the water is a fine mystical art, the flow, the motion and relief water gives, there's nothing that's as unique as water, it is still very complex, existing in three states of matter, Solid, liquid and gas. Water is one of a kind without it the world wouldn't be the same.

We learn about a young man from a city filled with canoes, heavy rainfall and deranged psychopats in place of sane scientists, this young man is none other than "jack stones" a college student in a post century set up, who is transformed by the slightest of gesture of water he is the Legend called by rain.

After professor Albert's experiment goes horribly wrong, high levels of Toxic Vaper escape into the atmosphere over the city of ReinHard, it causes havoc for the civilians there, however not all of them are affected by this toxic down pour, only a a mear mortal Jack stones suffers the effect of this tragic incident, it cahnges him and eats him away from the inside out, what will he do with the time he has left? rid the world of evil or become the evil the world is so afraid of? let us find out shall we. welcome to The Legend of Rain.
