Cole woke up before his alarm and glanced at the person in his arms. It was the first time he had ever spent the entire night with someone.

Usually, his dates would come, and once they were finished, he would have them shower in a guest room and have the driver take them back.

Cole didn't feel the need to share more, but his Blossom made him yearn for things he never thought he would. Just like Persie, he didn't want to settle just for the sake of being in a relationship.

He never imagined he would meet someone who could evoke such feelings in him. Cole desired to be the one who evoked those same feelings in Persie.

A part of him sensed that Persie was resisting their connection. It was undeniable, considering how their pheromones reacted to each other throughout the night.

There was no doubt in his mind that Persie was attracted to him at the very least, but Cole wanted more than that.
