Since it was a conference hall, it had no fence, but the area around it was considered a restricted area, and only the elders and those with special permission are allowed to step into its environs.

The duo arrived in front of the conference hall and saw two guards, and just like every other places were one obun and human who both gave a deep and full bow to the duo. Though, their bows were directed at Dara, Aunt Lin was stuck close to him, so she shamelessly accepted her share of it.
