"I got a plan."

Hades and Ellie left the village to venture towards Carthion city.
Hades with Ellie walks in a dirt road surrounded by dead trees.
"Arent we to suppose be out of the forest?why are there trees here?"Hades asked.
"This is the valley of the dead,its outside the forest so not many monsters were here,making it safer than the forest."
"The name says otherwise though?"
"Ah,thats because those that stays in here for too long dies from the wolves and ants,if not,they will just vanish."
"...then why did we go here of all places?"
"This is the safest way to the city,and also the only way to the city."
"Safest?didnt you just said those that stays here dies?"
"Yes,but well go with a carriage arent we...?"
"hmm..?"
"You said you got a plan...dont tell me...!"
Hades did say he had a plan,however,it was a mess.
(I thought i can find a merchant on my way to the city and there it trouble then i'll save them and get a free ride.)
However,that didnt happen.
(How will i find a merchant on a road that only leads to the forest?)
Hades was also facing another problem.
(The merchant that i'll save should prove that im safe and help me in the city.)
The people in the city wont just let anyone in,they will need to check their identity and their business in the city.
(If thats the case i wont be able to enter the city.)

(It was how it should go!when a hero is sommoned in a forest,they will find a passing by merchant getting attacked by monsters!then they'll help them fight the monsters,the merchant will then give them a free ride to a city!!)

<Common sense...?if a merchant was attacked by monsters,wont they run there horses faster than stop just to fight the monsters?>

<I dont know how could you come up with such an idea,even if it happens as you say,you'll be questioned by the city guards,as a person that can beat a monster is also a monster.>
Hades of course got the idea from stories he Read about reincarnated heroes.Waking up in a forest then finding a merchant then go straight to the city.Sometimes even a princess would go to a forest for a reason god knows what,then get attacked by monsters just to be saved by the hero.
However,this isnt how it works,the princess was the one who killed him afterall.
And unfortunately,even the merchant isnt on his side.
"The only one that helped me in this world was the goblin chief so far."
The goblin chief gived him so much exp,and he considered it as help.
"Umm...sir Hades..!"
While Hades was in deep thought,he heard Ellie call him and when he looked at her,he saw ants behind her.A sea of ants that seems to be endless was charging towards them.
"What do we do?!"ellie said as the sea of ants gets closer.
As Ellie panics she noticed a wide,bewidering smile as she looked at Hades face.
Hades however,was looking at a different thing.

Hades then looked at the sea of ants where millions if not billions of ants gathered.
(Wont i get millions of exp if i kill them all?what would my level be by then?50?60?)
"Heeheheh-!!!jackpot~!!!!!"
Hades rushed to the ants and said.
"[SACRED:REBELLION]-!!!"
Hades said and enchanted his aura.
A wide spread,pillar of darkness rise from the ground and all the ants that entered it died.

The ants didnt go inside the range of Hades aura,they might not beable to think,but they still have their instinct and its screaming at them of how dangerous his aura is.
"Not coming~?then here i go!!"
As Hades moved towards the ants and so did his aura.

Hades level increase as he moves,he jumped here and there as his aura killed hundreds of thousands of ants.
"This is it~!!What a gold mine~!AHAHAHAH~!!!!"
Ellie once again looked at hades as if he was a madman,Hades noticed this,but didnt bother as his image was already ruined back in the village.
Hades jumped here and there killing the ants as his level increase,the cycle continues until the ants numbers was decreased by half and decided to retreat.

At the church of the 12 Gods.
The pope and the other priests were having a meeting, when hades,out of nowhere,released his aura.
"Oh,its here again..."
"Why does he keep on using his aura?is he fighting someone?"
Demon lords were so strong they can kill anyone with a flick of a finger,they dont need to release their aura unless they were fighting a strong opponent.
"No,he's probably taunting us."Said a priest,but unlike other priest,her clothes have gold linings on its sides,making it obvious of her high standing within the church.
"Michael's right,that demon lord wants us to send the heroes to him,but we cant let that happen.As the heroes were right now,they wont even win against a normal demon."the pope said.
The womans name is Michael a cardinal of the church,named after an archangel,Michael was a saint candidate if a Saint hero didnt appear.
"For now,tell the kingdom of Debel to not send any of the hero to the demon lord.This goes for the other kingdoms aswell."the pope said as he stood up.
"Y-your holiness,their seems to be a problem about that...."
"Hmm?"
"...Debel sent their heroes with the heroes of other kingdoms with them to Carthion when they heard about the new demon lord...."
"WHAT?!!why am i not informed about this?!!!"
"D-debels royal family wanted to keep it for now as they-"
"WHY WOULD YOU LISTEN TO THEM?!!GUARDS!ARREST THIS MAN!!!"
The guards took the man out of the room as they continue.
"I cant believe debel royalties would briber our priests like that..."Michael said,as she looked at the man being dragged by the guards.
"Send priest to debel,i want to know what more the priests stationed there to observe the heroes hide from us."
"Yes."a priest said.

Later on,with this incident the pope recalled all the priests stationed in debel,weakening debel as priests were healers.
With no healers,their military cant sustain itself,and later on leads to debels defeat.
....
"What should we do with this second demon lord?"
With the aura gone their meeting continue.
Though the church was concern about the new demon lord,no one else was more concern with this new demon lord than the demon lord herself.

In the Demon Lord's castle.
"This aura....just like yesterday....and its as strong as mine..."The demon lord said,as she looked at the tall pillar of darkness.
"Just where did you come from...?demon lord...."
Soon the dark pillar vanished,she then goes back to her kitchen to cook some pancakes.

Back in valley of the dead.
As the ants retreat,hades saw blue screens appear one after the other.

Hades looked at the sky,its almost night which means the wolves are coming.
"Its time to hunt."
Hades then remembered he can earn any exp since he reached his current max level.
"..what should i do..?"
Hades then looked at Ellie.
"Its your turn."
"yes...?"
"You'll hunt."
And so,Ellie's hell begins.
