1.6% The Great CEO's Wife is a Gangster / Chapter 5: CHAPTER 5: I found yah!

Capítulo 5: CHAPTER 5: I found yah!

"Hey Mister, I really don't care how you will do it, but a deal is a deal. My contract should only last for two years but you extended it for four years! I have sacrificed a lot because of your own mistake. Even if my father's company is at risk, I am not coming back." An upset voice of a woman can be heard inside the luxurious car. The man distanced his ear from the phone speaker.

"Miss Hertiz, you should have told us your stupid plan before executing it. We could have prepared beforehand. Because of your greed, you put your Father's Company in jeopardy. Your revised contract should last for five years. Can't you wait for another year?" The man disappointedly answered.

''I don't want to wait any further. My contract with you is only for two years. I'm not a part of that business contract that you had with him. I only signed a contract with you not to anyone else.'' The lady firmly answered.

"Are you defying me, Miss Hertiz?'' The man raised his brow.

"Uncle! You know that's not what I meant, I just want ---------"

"Seems like you have forgotten your rightful place? Do you want me to remind you again? To whom do you owe your life again, Emily?" The man in the car spoke icily.

"Uncle, I know, I know. You don't have to tell me over and over again. But I just don't want to come back for now, not when I am about to achieve my dream." Emily heaved a sigh. "If I can't do it now, then when?"

The man didn't answer quickly. He definitely understood her feeling. He wanted to support her but his desire to crush the Williams Empire was greater than his love towards the woman. While he was contemplating, his eyes settled to the two young women laughing while crossing the pedestrian lane. The other lady in jeans looked like ------

"Emily, where are you right now?" The man asked hastily.

"Why are you asking? You know where I am---"

"Aren't you in Oregon right now?" He asked while fixing his eyes towards the two ladies who just entered a restaurant. "Tell me where you are right now."

"I'm in Paris, uncle. Why was that?"

The man's eyes widened when he realized something. "Didn't you say you have a twin sister before?''

"Y-yes, uncle… Why did you ask?" The man laughed at his brilliant idea.

"Hmm..." she heard her uncle laughed. "Emily, I guess you can enjoy your freedom for the meantime. Don't worry. I'll take care of the rest. Just let me know when you're coming back, okay?"

"Do you really mean that, uncle?" Emily was overjoyed when she heard her uncle's approval. "Then I don't have to worry about my father, is that correct?"

"I'll handle this, child. " After he disconnected the call, he dialed another number. After a couple of minutes, a man in his thirties appeared in front of him.

"Find out where she's living." The man ordered. "Give me all the information tomorrow."

Ethan was going through some documents in his office when his secretary knocked on the door.

"Come in." His secretary opened the door and signaled Attorney Costa to go inside.

"Mr. Williams, I have already contacted the Hertiz and sent a copy of the business contract. I've also sent one to their Attorney. They maintained their composure about their claim about not knowing Stacy's whereabouts." His attorney reported.

"How about the penalties of breaching the contract agreement, did you send them already?"

"Mr. Hertiz is asking for a week to find his daughter."

Ethan scoffed, "What an act! They really wanted to test me huh, let them. Let's see how they pull their hoaxes together."

"I understand, Mr. Williams. I'll call them right away. I'll see myself out then.'' Attorney Costa exited his office after leaving a copy of the contract agreement.

After a few minutes, he received a call from his grandpa asking him to drop by the ancestral mansion. He knew his grandfather must have found out about the divorce and Stacy's disappearance. After his work, he went directly to Monsieur Montessori School to fetch Eli. He's been wanting to visit his great grandpa this past days, but he was busy so he was not able to take him there.

After a few hours, they entered a gigantic ancestral mansion. It was a mansion located over the hilltop. It was the only mansion you can see since the hill was a private property owned by the Williams. It was a magnificent place one could only dream of. At the back of the mansion was a forbidden forest. Only the royal bloods could enter for hunting purposes. Ethan spent almost all of his childhood hunting with his grandfather. A maze garden was also created at the eastside and a wide ranch at the westside. One can also view a beautiful garden not far from the mansion side. It was the garden that was created by his late Grandmother Sharon Williams. Since she died no one from the family took an interest, not even her granddaughter-in-laws, so Master Omni hired someone to maintain it.

The mansion had a very tight security. All their security men were highly trained, that's why the Williams were considered untouchable. Ethan and his family were supposed to be living at the ancestral mansion but Stacy wanted to stay away from his grandfather's sight. They just can't get along together. Stacy can't bear the arrogance of their grandfather so she convinced Ethan to get a new house in the Central City.

"Great Paps!" Eli ran happily towards his grandpa and kissed him.

"Ahhh… my favorite grandson!" He bent to kiss his grandson. "How's my grandson doing? Grandpa is lonely because Eli doesn't visit anymore." He cuddled Eli as he tickled him. Eli laughed and wiggled continuously.

"I miss you Great Paps! Eli can't visit because daddy is very busy." He pouted.

"Eli, go with Butler Mo. Dad and grandpa will talk first, okay?" His father Ethan interrupted.

"Okay!" The young lad ran towards the kitchen happily.

Master Omni went to the patio and sat at the couch while looking at the maze garden, Ethan followed.

"Have you found your wife yet?" He asked Ethan mockingly while drinking his favorite tea.

"No, not yet." Ethan expressionlessly held the cup of coffee when his grandfather handed him a file.

"Hmp! If only you listened to me before.'' His grandfather retorted. "If you didn't insist to marry that woman and chose to marry Angel instead, then things wouldn't get as ugly as this --------" Master Omni didn't finish his statements because Ethan cut him off.

"What are these?" He asked after seeing the documents his grandfather handed him.

Master Omni's eyes twitched with his sudden interruption. His grandfather strongly objected the idea of him marrying an illegitimate child. His grandfather believed that the Hertiz had some tricks under their sleeves by using Stacy, and he simply didn't trust them at all. Also, he didn't like Stacy's stubbornness, and since then a silent war between them erupted. Times like that pushed Stacy to stay in their hotel for months. In order to coax his grandfather's feelings, he created a business contract with the Hertiz. He never thought that he would be using that to his advantage.

"Hmp! I don't know what kind of potion that woman gave you but how could you tolerate an unfaithful woman like her!" His grandpa snorted. Ethan hushed.

"Grandpa!" He interrupted. The old man sighed.

"I received that report recently. I don't know what went wrong but the owner of the coastline turned down our proposition."

"But our Project Director already secured the deal last month. I'm not sure as to why the owner backed off the day before the signing ceremony." Ethan answered.

"Well, that's for you to find out. Don't let the Omega Cruise Line Company steal it from us. It will be great loss for us if that happens."

"Yes Grandfather." The Old man stood up.

"As for you, stop stressing yourself about your wife and just concentrate on what is more important." He snorted. "I'm taking my leave. I'd rather play with my great grandson… Who knows when he will visit me again."

The old man stopped in his track when he remembered something.

"Ah Ethan, one of our business partners told me that the daughter of the coastline owner has the absolute power not just over the coastline but also to his father. I think winning his daughter means victory for us. If I were you, I'll chose to speak to the daughter first." then he left Ethan.

"Hmmm… Daughter? Then I guess I have to make an appointment with her then." He caressed his temple with the thought of it.
