Liza Merisu, she is twenty three years of age. She's not married, nor does she have a boyfriend or ever had one to begin with. Her job is just a salary woman, her hobbies are... or were my hobbies was playing video games and reading books.
Today is around the middle of Autumn, temperature drop drastically. It's my day off and a friend of Liza's treated her for dinner. She really don't have anything better to do, so she agreed to it.
Her friend's name is Thomas. They been friends for awhile now, ever since they both join the same workplace. To Liza, he's a guy you would call casual. He's friendly and easy-going, but most of all: simple.
"Hey! Liza! Over here!" As Liza lazily looked upward, she saw a bright and heartwarming smile.
"Hello Thomas, so what's the occasion? Last thing I checked my birthday was few months ago," Liza teased as she bumped her elbow to his forearm.
He laughed while taking a hold of Liza's wrist and dragged her to a family restaurant. This guy is as casual as they come. Before they both entered inside, Thomas froze in his tracks as he panicky checks his pockets.
"Is something wrong?" Liza narrow a brow.
Thomas hesitantly stares at Liza, she knows this expression all too well. It's the face of 'Opps, I lost something'. Not surprising, Thomas usually lost things all the time. But this time is a bit different, he looks like he's going to die right on the spot.
Liza sighed deeply as she slowly shake her head. "I'll help you find whatever you lost,"
"No!" Thomas shouted unexpectedly before trying to hide his worry with a friendly smile.
"I'll go find it myself, you can stay inside and wait," Thomas says calm as he gently pushes Liza back inside the family restaurant.
"Are you sure? I really don't mind helping you, you know," Liza suggested, Thomas rapidly shakes his head in abject.
"No, no, no! I'm fine, really! You don't need to help me, now go inside and make an order. You can use my credit card," He place his wallet onto Liza's chest before running off in high speed.
"That was weird..." But she casually shrugged it off, this isn't the first time Thomas did something like to this.
When after Liza ordered and sat down in an seat. Before she even knew it, her burning corpse was laying down on the cold concrete street. To her understanding, it was cause of terrorist attack. But she was not mad, nor was she upset, Liza was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. Liza can see Thomas crying, he's saying something. But she can't hear him, all Liza could hear is static. Her nose can only smell blood and ash. Her whole body feels numb, only her eyes are the only thing that are in working order.
To die in such a way was not what Liza was expecting, then again. Dying this way isn't so bad, could be worse. After all, even if she avoided this situation entirely. Liza would've still have died, when she got to the age of twenty five. Her body is so weak and fragile, she was born that way. Her main plan was to live the rest of her life happily. Guess God had other plans.
"Dear God... if you truly exist. Please... hear my pray, in my next life. Give a body that is built to survive..." after my final breath, she died.
