Capítulo 91: Wrong Challenge
Jaden gets back home and his parents see the stress on his face thereby questioning him,
Mrs Winans: " what's wrong darling, you look so stressed "
Jaden: " I had a very hectic day today mom,a lot happened"
Mr Winans: " what was it that made you so stressed, as far as am concerned,you weren't at the office. You said that you and your friends including Zara were off to chill so then?"
Jaden: " her name isn't Zara its Agni "
Jaden tells his family everything about so called Zara and they are happy about the fact that Agni has decided to get married to their son,especially that she is a royal blood.In the morning, Andre rushes to the hospital once he hears the news of Matty's shooting. Asmita talks to her brother about what happened the previous night. She also manages to convince him to ask for a discharge from the doctor,
Andre: " good morning sis,how are you and Mike "
Asmita: " he's getting better, but this place is not safe for him"
Andre: " how do you mean?with what happened I don't think Solid will think of coming back, he must be fleeing the police right now"
Asmita: " its not about Solid Andre, its Zara!"
Andre: " How is Zara involved or how is it her fault? "
Asmita: " She has been pretending to be a good friend but with hidden motives. She had an eye on Mike "
Andre: " how then did you find out what her intentions or motives where"
Asmita explains it all and Andre can't believe his ears,
Andre: " am so shocked as at now and can't come to terms with it"
Asmita: " you are my big brother, you promised to stand by me and I need you now more than ever Andre "
Andre: " tell me,I'll do anything for you. You have and will always be my responsibility "
Asmita: " get Mike discharged from here immediately or Zara will come back and try to make things worse for us"
Andre: " okay then,I'll do it right away,am going to speak to the doctor "
Andre gets Matty discharged and they go home immediately. Jaden goes to Agni's house so they can go and visit Matty at the hospital,
Jaden: " good morning aunt, uncle,Agni ?"
Nikita: " good morning my dear?"
Agni: " you are here so early today,you must have set an alarm to help you wake"
Jaden: " not at all,I didn't set an alarm to wake me but your love did"
Agni: " you have no Shame at all,you are flirting with me in front of them"
Nikita: " alright, you have breakfast, Jaden's parents will come here later today so we can make preparations for your engagement "
Agni: " thank you aunt Niki "
Nikita: " don't mention it my dear"
Agni and Jay go to the hospital but they bounce when the nurse tells them Matty was discharged early in the morning,
Agni: " nurse?where is Matty... I mean Mike, he was brought here earlier for treatment because he was shot"
Nurse:" I remember, he was discharged so early in the morning today "
Jaden:" how so,where do we go from here Agni?"
Agni: " do you know where Asmita lives Jay? "
Jaden: " yes I do,why are you asking me that?"
Agni: " we will go there right now,but one more thing nurse"
Nurse:" yes madam,what's it?"
Agni: "what's wrong with Mike any conditions attached?"
Nurse: " he is suffering from memory loss "
Agni: " if he's lost his memory then he shouldn't remember anyone at all. Its so surprising how he remembered Asmita only out of everyone "
Nurse:" the doctor said he could only remember the person he spent most of his lifetime and memorable moments with"
Agni:" thanks for the information nurse you may leave"
Nurse: " okay I'm leaving "
Agni: " Matteo spent most of his moments with me since we were children so why Asmita "
Jaden: " I must say there is something fishy about this"
Agni: "let's leave,we must go now"
Matteo is seating on his bed reading a newspaper. Asmita is making him some soup in the kitchen while Andre is watering the plants. Agni and Jay reach the house and find Andre outside,
Andre: " what are you doing in my house Zara, haven't you done enough already "
Agni: " hold up Mr am not here to batter words with you so get out of my way"
Agni pushes Andre out of the way and she enters the house along with Jaden. She calls out Asmita and they batter heads leading to dangerous challenge,
Asmita: " you won't leave us alone will you Zara "
Agni: " I hate repeating myself its so annoying "
Asmita: " you have a man who loves you so much why can't you be content with it. Look at this Jay... you love her unconditionally but she loves another woman's fiancé, why!"
Jaden: " I don't love her! I have no other choice than to stick to her every time for the sake of our families!"
Agni: " well I don't love you either Mr Jay so get your facts right! Our parents are very good friends so we have to do the marriage! "
Asmita: " am warning you to leave us alone all I'll deal with you severely and dangerously "
Agni: " severely?... dangerously?... I like it,I've been playing these games for so long and am interested what will you do if I don't leave Mike alone?"
Asmita: " I will ruin your life,am so dangerous you don't want to provoke me"
Agni: " if that's a challenge then its accepted "
Matteo hears the noise downstairs and goes down to take a look. He finds Agni and Jaden standing there,
Matteo: " you guys are here and nobody told me anything "
Asmita: " well they..."
Agni: " I brought you a gift Mike,for a quick recovery. Here is a programmed teddy,it says " get well soon" you like it?"
Matteo: " its amazing, thank you for your concern"
Matteo hugs Agni as a sign of thanks and this provokes Asmita. Before they leave they start to talk but Asmita overhears them,
Jaden: " forgive me for Zara,I said I didn't want to marry you but I was just angry at the moment, what Asmita said was so annoying and I said all that "
Agni: " its nothing, all this is none of your fault am OK with it"
Jaden: " I have one concern and worry though, what if our parents find out that you love Matty what then?"
Agni: " they won't am sure,because only the two of us know this. But if my parents were to find out I'll be in big trouble. But you love me too don't you,no one will make you turn against me right?"
Jaden: " I love you so don't worry about a thing"
Agni: " thanks you go to the car so far ,I have to make an important phone call so I'll find you there"
Jaden goes to the car and Agni starts talking to herself with no knowledge that Asmita is hearing her,
" you are a very big fool Jaden, I've never come across a useless man like you. Am just using you as my pawn to get what I want. You think I love but I don't, hahaha "
Agni leaves the house and Asmita seems to have found a solution to getting rid of Agni,
" poor Zara you are so blind you couldn't even see me standing here and you revealed your true motives unknowingly,now I'll ruin you bit by bit,slow and surely, watch and see"
