Capítulo 34: Matteo finds love
Agni sends Matteo and Ishan to a particular area to carry out a survey on the well being of the people living there.
Matteo and Ishan go to the area,but Matteo gets a little sidetrack. He gets distracted by Nisha, a beautiful and seductive lady he forgets his work and starts to flirt with her. Nisha gives her number to Matteo so they can chat over the phone. They get back home and when Agni asks for the report, Matteo realises he didn't do it and tries to come up with an excuse but Agni figures out he is lying and get furious,"I sent you to do one simple thing and upon getting there you start fooling around! when will you grow up?"
Agni asks Ishan for an answer,Ishan tries to hide the truth but his sister threatens to hit him, " listen Ishan tell me the truth,don't try cover up Matteo's mistake or else I'll slap you!"
Ishan,afraid of been slapped by his big sister, spills the beans," well,Matteo got destructed by Nisha,a very beautiful girl"
Realising how much trouble he's in,runs to his mother standing at a distance and hides behind her back asking her for help," mom help me, I mean she was attracted to Abbey now that am attracted to someone she's jealous how is that fair mom?"
Salma defends Matteo and this makes Agni even more furious she starts to chase Matteo around the house while everyone tries to stop them. In his room, Matteo calls Nisha, He tells her he really likes her and is serious about the relationship. Nisha tells Matteo she likes him too, they agree on meeting each other at a restaurant so they can talk. In the morning, Abbey comes over and just like the last time, Agni becomes speechless. Abbey invites Agni to lunch at a restaurant and she accepts the invitation. When Abbey leaves, Matteo criticizes Agni on accepting the invitation and not allowing him to like a girl. At noon, Agni gets ready to leave and calls Matteo so they can go together but he tells her he is going to watch a football match so he can't go. Abbey and Agni go to the restaurant and seat at the table. As they are talking, Agni spots Matteo sitting at a distant table," is this the match you came to watch?"
Matteo gets surprised as he didn't know Agni would be at the same restaurant. Nisha gets up from her seat and starts to shout at Agni, " excuse me and who exactly do you think you are young lady,you come all the way from your table to come and shout at my boyfriend"
Agni doesn't know who the girl is so she argues with her, " and how dare you shout at me? do you know who I am? I can deal with you with a snap of my finger so watch your tongue young lady "
Abbey sees what's going on so he walks over to them to intervene. Matteo tries to stop the ladies from arguing. Agni takes her cousin by the hand and they leave the restaurant, before she leaves,she tells Nisha to stay away from Matteo.
When they get home Matteo gets angry at Agni and starts to shout at her in front of the family," what is wrong with you! am not a child anymore so you can't make choices for me so stop your nonsense,I am older than you for goodness sake so don't try to bug me! "
Agni also gets angry," two months space doesn't mean you are older than me so don't raise your voice!"
Tony gets enough of the argument so he intervenes," stop it you both! are you both crazy? you are family so I don't expect you to argue because of a mere girl, that's insane, now apologize to each other"
Matteo argues with his father," Nisha is not a mere girl,she is the love of my life!"
Agni and Matteo refuse to apologise to each other and go up to their rooms.
