He had somehow reached the Palace where he entered an empty room and looked at his wound carefully in the mirror, black webbings had been spreading through the open wound.

Poison. No wonder he was having the hot and cold flashes, his head was dizzy and his whole body felt weak. He cleaned the wound and drew the rune carefully on the injury before drinking an ordinary antidote, he did not know the poison so he could not tailor the antidote for it but at least the combination of the Healing Rune he had gotten at Level 5.
