As of writing this review, there are only 7 chapters posted. The update speed seems pretty consistent. The writing is easy to read, although there are some errors here and there relating to punctuation (e.g. missing punctuation at end of sentences/dialogues, etc.) The plot development was a bit quick and abrupt in the beginning when the MC was taken away from her wedding day by some mysterious stranger who was forced to be her husband by some elaborate scheme, it seemed. The MC was taken to another city and met a bunch of people from the Ming clan, who are so adorable by the way. I really like how caring and supportive they are to the MC’s dilemmas. One thing I would like to suggest is fleshing out the character development more. For example, adding in more descriptions of character traits rather than just dialogues between the characters. Readers will be able to visualize the characters better and they will seem more like a real individual. The story is set in a modern city so there is not much world design needed but I think some more descriptions of the environment would increase reader immersion. Overall, this story is new but has potential!
