Two weeks ago, if someone had told Harold that he would be strolling around the town like this, it would have sounded like a terrible joke. If someone had told him that he would be dressed in rags like this, the person must have been prepared to die. And if they had told him he would be following a little girl aimlessly, he would have laughed. But here he was. Even Alvin could not help but wonder about the charm she was using on Harold.
