We were housed in the Royal quarters so that Lizbeth was always close and accessible to Zara. But our room was a large suite at the servant's end, the quietest corner which we both appreciated. And our rooms overlooked the gardens.
When I lifted Lizbeth onto the stone sill of the window, it was a wide seat. Wider than me. And the stone walls of the castle were nearly three feet deep, so there was plenty of room for her to lean back when I placed her on the stone.
For a moment I didn't try to rush, just teased her tongue, tasted her lips again, waited and kissed and stroked her back and hair until she was beginning to breathe faster.
