Capítulo 27: My Secret Place

Before Chloe answered if she was ready to the next step, Emma entered the kitchen with the kids saying she would like to taste that chocolate cake. Evan was still hugging Chloe when they arrived, which made that moment a little embarrassing for the couple.

“You two, get a room!” Emma mocked.

Chloe blushed and tried to hide her face in Evan’s chest. He just smiled and kissed her hair.

“We’re leaving, don’t worry.” Evan stated.

“Where are you going?” Elena asked while she was stepping in.

“It’s a secret place I would like to take Chloe.” He said proudly.

Emma and Elena glanced at each other as if that was a big deal. Evan rolled his eyes and took Chloe by the hand.

“Let’s go! We need to enjoy the sunlight.”

After long minutes walking inside the tropical forest, they found a crystal clear water lake with several rocks around it and a big rocky opening at the bottom, which looked like a cave.

“That’s amazing, Evan!”
