When the snake finally disappeared into the portal, the portal disappeared, and the cavern stopped shaking and the water levels dropped a few meters.

Vivian fell to her knees, with the tentacles on her mouth half-submerged in the water. And as she heaved, the nervous systems that were affected by her [Nemesis of Beasts] Lore Magic only grew some of them were already climbing on her tentacles.
"GIIIVVVEEE… MEEE… AAA… FUUUCCCKKKIIINNNGGG… BRRREEEAAAKKK…!!!" she snapped, causing the entire cavern to shake and the water around her to vibrate with each syllable.

Based on what Vivian learned back in Basic Training and the Training Course, Low-Tier Spells are [Fire Arrow], [Poison Strike], etc. Meanwhile, Mid-Tier Spells are [Fire Spear], [Poison Bomb], etc. And lastly, the High-Tier Spells are [Enchant Fire], [Enchant Poison], etc.
And based on her Status Panel, Low-Tier Spells are acquired at Level 1, Mid-Tier at Level 6, and if she were to make an educated guess or follow the logic of the levels, she will get the High-Tier spell at Level 11.
