Capítulo 479: Things fall Apart

Three days after giving birth, their lives began to change for the worst. Their castle was no longer impenetrable. Somehow, their enemies were determined to destroy them. 

Dark magic was involved. A concept that was foreign to Malik as well. All the seals he had placed around the castle were easily broken.

Fortunately, the assassins sent were not much of a threat to him. However, as the days processed, he discovered a pattern. 

From the moment they managed to break through, the people sent kept getting more proficient in their abilities. That was to say, each group was better than the previous one. 

This would not be of much threat to Malik if he didn't become a father recently. Maimuna wanted to help but he couldn't let her. 

She was the only person he could completely trust to keep their children safe. Fortunately for him, she didn't protest. As a mother, she felt obliged to shield and protect them.
