Sinopse

Sasha Sloan is a virgin widow in need of a male heir to maintain her position or she will return to the heartless father that sold her to her husband's cruel family. Bribing village guards in order to seduce a prisoner of war seems like her best option.

When her eyes land on Erich, a man with flashing golden eyes bound in silver chains, an urgent pull within leads her to choose him. Knowing nothing of the shifter world, Sasha doesn't realize that Erich is more than just a man.

Sasha's persistence ignites the passion inside of him needing to claim her body. Erich's touch also pierces through to a heart that's only ever known cruelty. When his execution becomes imminent, she can't just watch him die.

"I tried to forget you and let you go. But I couldn't. There was a need in me for you."
"So what happens now?" I asked.
"When we arrive at my home, you will serve me as needed."

Okay Sasha and Erich I see you! I love the raw, tragic appeal in the synopsis! This story so far keeps me wanting to read more! *adds to library* can't wait to see how she gets herself out of this dilemma!!
